4th Axis Machining with Hyting Controller

Also, another important feature of this controller is the direct conversion of linear axis (Y Axis) into Rotary (A Axis) Axis. That means you can now convert simple X-Y plane program into 4th axis (Rotary) program without going through the hassle of writing complicated 4th Axis NC Program.

This controller also supports G68 command which can easily rotate the program to any desired orientation.

Hyting Software - Automatic Tool Path Generation

  • Draw any image in Autocad
  • Save it in DXF Format Formatcombined mobile unit.
  • Load the DXF File in Hyting Software
  • Select from various options such as Drill / Pocket / Engrave / Offset
  • Click on Calculate Toolpath
  • Toolpath will be shown on the screen
  • Click on ‘Save G-Code’
  • G Codes in word or Wordpad format are saved
  • These G codes can be imported in any Siemens emulated controller
  • Cutviewer based controllers are best suited for executing programs generated from Hyting Software

 

Hyting Software - Convert Linear (Y) Axis into Rotary (A) Axis

  • Define Radius of a cylindrical job in mm on which machining is to be carried out
  • Select Y =>A option which will automatically convert linear Y Axis into Rotary A Axis
  • Press G54 in Calibrate menu to take work offset
  •  Press G54 in Activate menu to activate work offsets
  • ’Ganesh’ Design Engraved on Cylindrical job
  •  Drawing of ‘Ganesh’ from autocad is converted into dxf file.
  • Tool path is automatically generated
  •  Y Axis is converted into Rotary A Axis which corresponds to rotary movement of 35 mm (Radius) Cylindrical job.

We are proud to announce that we; M/S Hytech Educational Equipment have signed an agreement with Fanuc India to become an authorized distributor for their following products:

  1. Academic version of Fanuc NC Guide Software
  2. Academic version of Fanuc Roboguide Software
  3. Home-Work version of Fanuc NC Guide Software

Fanuc India Limited have agreed to sell to Hytech the contract products on outright sales terms. Hytech can sell these products to Educational Institutes or Training Institutes in India.

Purpose of this agreement is to ensure availability of FANUC make academic versions of NC Guide and Robo Guide software to educational and training institute in India at reasonable price, a price that has been decided by Fanuc India Limited as a maximum selling price, so that the institutes can afford these software

NC Guide Academic version will be sold in a package of 16 licenses whereas NC Guide Homework version and Roboguide academic version will be sold in a package of 1 license each.
