Hyting Software - Convert Linear (Y) Axis into Rotary (A) Axis


  • Define Radius of a cylindrical job in mm on which machining is to be carried out



  • Select Y => A option which will automatically convert linear Y Axis into Rotary A Axis
  • Press G54 in Calibrate menu to take work offset
  • Press G54 in Activate menu to activate work offsets



  • Ganesh’ Design Engraved on Cylindrical job
  • Drawing of ‘Ganesh’ from AutoCAD is converted into DXF file
  • Tool path is automatically generated
  • Y Axis is converted into Rotary A Axis which Rotary A Axis which corresponds to rotary movement of 35 mm (Radius) Cylindrical job.



Hyting Software - Automatic Tool Path Generation


  • Draw any image in AutoCAD
  • Save it in DXF Format combined mobile unit.



  • Load the DXF File in Hyting Software



  • Select from various options such as Drill / Pocket / Engrave / Offset
  • Click on Calculate Tool path
  • Tool path will be shown on the screen
  • Click on ‘Save G-Code’



  • G Codes in word or WordPad format are saved
  • These G codes can be imported in any Siemens emulated controller
  • Cutviewer based controllers are best suited for executing programs generated from Hyting Software



Hyting Software - Rotation of program (G68 Command)


  • Select the program that you want to rotate



  • Generate G code for the same and simulate the tool path



  • For rotation of the program, go to Variables
  • Mention the rotation in terms of degrees in G68 option



  • The program will be rotated as shown in the alongside picture
